You must be at least 21 years old to register and use twinkaboo. This is mandated by PAGCOR regulations. Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
twinkaboo services are intended for eligible residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for determining whether accessing the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one twinkaboo account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion. Bonus abuse will result in account closure.
Any attempt to defraud twinkaboo, exploit system errors, use stolen payment methods, or engage in collusion will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR is the competent regulatory authority. Any disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the twinkaboo Platform, registering an Account, or using any service provided by twinkaboo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the twinkaboo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the twinkaboo Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and twinkaboo with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the twinkaboo Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. twinkaboo strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any deposited Real Funds returned to the original payment method subject to verification.
The twinkaboo Platform is intended for use by eligible residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the twinkaboo Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. twinkaboo does not represent or warrant that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
The following individuals are not eligible to register an Account or use the Platform: (a) employees, directors, officers, agents, or contractors of twinkaboo or its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from twinkaboo or from any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform; (d) individuals who have been involuntarily excluded by twinkaboo or by order of PAGCOR.
4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the twinkaboo Platform. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds held therein.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
4.3 Prior to processing any withdrawal, twinkaboo requires successful completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, or equivalent) and a selfie photograph. twinkaboo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. twinkaboo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials. You agree to notify twinkaboo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
twinkaboo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your twinkaboo wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. twinkaboo does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the twinkaboo Account. twinkaboo aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within two (2) business hours under normal operating conditions, subject to security review. Withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR AML compliance requirements.
All transactions on the twinkaboo Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency payment channels. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit confirmation.
6.1 twinkaboo may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
6.3 twinkaboo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotions.
6.4 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per payment method applies.
7.1 All games available on the twinkaboo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certifications are issued by independent testing laboratories and confirm that game outcomes are genuinely random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.
7.2 Each game is governed by its own rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Game results are final once confirmed by the game server. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on a Player's device and the game server records, the server records shall be authoritative.
7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, twinkaboo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. twinkaboo will not honor payouts arising from manifestly erroneous game results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twinkaboo Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:
9.1 twinkaboo is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be used as a source of income or to resolve financial difficulties.
9.2 twinkaboo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account settings panel: (a) Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit cap settings; (b) Session Time Limits — reminders and automatic session termination after a specified time; (c) Cooling-Off Periods — temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours to 30 days; (d) Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform.
9.3 Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Self-excluded Players may not re-register or use any twinkaboo services during the exclusion period. twinkaboo takes all reasonable measures to enforce exclusion orders.
9.4 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance through PAGCOR's responsible gaming program and other available Philippine support services.
10.1 All content on the twinkaboo Platform, including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the twinkaboo brand name, are the intellectual property of twinkaboo or its licensed game providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of twinkaboo.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, twinkaboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
11.2 twinkaboo's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 twinkaboo does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
12.1 twinkaboo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without notice where it reasonably believes a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by PAGCOR or other competent authority.
12.2 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting twinkaboo support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Funds will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
12.3 Upon Account closure for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct, AML concerns), twinkaboo reserves the right to withhold Funds pending investigation and to report the matter to PAGCOR and, where appropriate, to the Philippine National Police or Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or the twinkaboo Platform shall first be submitted to twinkaboo's internal disputes resolution process. Players may submit a complaint by contacting twinkaboo support at [email protected] (displayed as plain text — not a clickable link).
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding on twinkaboo.
14.1 twinkaboo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via a notification posted on the Platform and, where practicable, via SMS or email to the registered contact details.
14.2 Continued use of the twinkaboo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
14.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
